Terms of Service

Status: DRAFT. Last drafted October 30, 2026. Product and operator: Ringmello. Contact: support@ringmello.com.

The service

Ringmello provides software that texts a caller after a missed call, continues that conversation from the business’s saved facts, and shows the business an inbox and appointment requests. Ringmello is the software provider. The business is the customer and keeps the relationship with its own clients.

Accounts

Sign-in happens on the app at app.ringmello.com. When invite-only mode is on, an account can be created only for an email the business or Ringmello has invited. You are responsible for the people you allow into your business’s account and for keeping the password private.

Appointment requests

An appointment request stays unconfirmed until the business accepts it. A text thread is not an appointment. The business decides whether to accept, decline, or offer another time.

Plans and fees

The prices shown on the pricing page are planning prices from the product’s plan catalog. Choosing a plan does not start billing and does not charge a card. No paid plan is in effect under this draft. A future paid plan would need a separate confirmation of price, term, and payment method.

Customer messages

The business is responsible for the facts it enters and for texting only people it may lawfully text. SMS use is also covered by the SMS Terms and the Acceptable Use policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use and suspension

You may not use Ringmello in a way the acceptable use policy forbids. Ringmello may suspend access that threatens other businesses, texters, or the service. This draft does not promise a particular uptime.

Disclaimers

This draft does not promise that every missed call becomes a confirmed appointment, that every text is delivered, or that the software is free of errors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A final terms of service would state the warranty disclaimer the owner’s counsel approves.

Liability

A published agreement would set a liability cap. This draft does not set one. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow a contract to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Ringmello operates.
