Ringmello sends conversational text messages for a local service business after a missed call, and during the follow-up that caller starts. Messages are about that business’s services, hours, prices, and appointment requests. This is not a bulk marketing product. Callers should not text medical details or other sensitive information. Ringmello is not a medical records system.

Reply STOP to opt out of further messages to that mobile number. Reply HELP for help. A business can also email support@ringmello.com. After STOP, Ringmello should not send more promotional or conversational texts to that number unless the person opts in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless coverage, handset settings, and carrier filters can block or delay a text. Ringmello does not guarantee that a message arrives.

The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to text the person, including any consent the law requires. A missed call to the business is the event Ringmello is built around. The business must not upload a purchased list or use the product to text people who did not contact the business.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
