Acceptable Use

Ringmello is for a local service business to recover missed calls and handle the conversations that follow. Use it for that business. Do not resell it as a bulk texting platform.

• Send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.
• Text a purchased, scraped, or third-party marketing list. People should be contacting the business, not the other way around from a list they never joined.
• Share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Ignore STOP, or keep texting a person who opted out.
• Try to read another business’s data, bypass sign-in, or probe the service.
• Pretend an automated text is a specific staff member in order to deceive the caller.
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

Prices, hours, and policies you enter should be ones you are willing to stand behind. Ringmello is not a place to publish a price you will not honor.

Ringmello may remove content, pause messaging, or close an account that breaks this policy. Email support@ringmello.com if you think a suspension is a mistake. This draft is for owner and legal review and is not yet in effect.
