How Ringmello works
A missed call triggers a text. Ringmello answers from your saved details and hands you a request to confirm.
01
1. The call is missed
Someone calls the business and no one answers. Ringmello starts from that missed call. It does not pick up the phone.
02
2. The caller gets a text
That auto text goes out from the texting number on the account. It includes your business name, says the call was missed, and includes STOP and HELP.
03
3. The text conversation
The text back asks what they need and answers from the hours, services, and prices you saved. If it does not know, it does not invent an answer.
04
4. You confirm the request
The appointment request waits for you. You accept, decline, or offer another time. Nothing is confirmed until you do.
Included in the work
Owner inbox
New callers, replies, and appointment requests land in one inbox for the person who runs the business.
Appointment requests
When a caller wants a time, Ringmello records the request. You accept, decline, or offer another time. Confirmation is yours.
Your facts win
Hours, services, prices, and the answers you approved are the source. A guess is not a price.
One front desk
Starter is one location and one business number. It is built for a shop, not a call center.
Opt-out is part of the product
STOP ends messages to that person. HELP points them to help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No shared marketing list
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
